Mission
La Carlota city college was established to provide access to higher education to the youth of la Carlota and those of its neighboring towns.
To make la Carlota city college (LCCC) live up to its solemn purpose, it is committed to:
1. train the youth for gainful occupation and the profession;
2. instill in the youth the values of honesty, integrity and responsibility;
3. develop awareness and responsiveness to government and service community;
4.promote social and cultural aspects of Philippine life;
5. develop among the youth an integrated personality, and
6. provide a wholesome campus experience

Students and graduates of La Carlota city College shall bring with them a positive work ethic and social conduct wherever they are, and not be contented with merely receiving their diplomas; they
